Legacy International Foundation for Education (LIFE) envisions communities where people living in under-resourced and underdeveloped communities have access to education and experiences that enrich their quality of life and progress towards economic self-sufficiency.
LIFE engages in activities that support students, families and communities across Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey and Liberia, West Africa. A strong emphasis is placed on students and families living in low income, under-resourced and/or underdeveloped communities.
LIFE is committed to enriching the lives of young people, families and communities. We are engaged in activities that connects individuals and families to resources and opportunities.

PROGRAMS
“THE HUT COMMUNITY” – A Community Resource App
The Hut Community is a digital platform designed to increase food security and resource accessibility; helping families learn about food pantries, food distribution sites and local resources for families. The app also connects users to local events, businesses, organizations, youth programs and emerging opportunities.

LEGACY SCHOLARS PROGRAM – Liberia, West Africa
The Legacy Scholarship Program supports the academic aspirations of young students in Liberia, West Africa. The program provides access to local schools for students who live in under resourced communities.
LEGACY EXPLORERS: Higher Education and Career Readiness
A Higher Education and Career Readiness program designed to take Gen-Z students beyond their comfort zones, exposing them to college expectations and the worlds of business, health, and social justice. This program guides Gen Z students through post-secondary pathways and career exploration in high-demand fields including business, healthcare, and social justice.
By leveraging real-world exposure, mentorship, and personal goal setting, the program aims to close equity gaps in college and career access—especially among historically underserved populations.
